explorATEion Box: The Very Hungry Caterpillar

This explorATEion box is thoughtfully designed by an occupational therapist to engage anxious, picky eaters in a playful exploration of textures, smells, and tastes inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. This box steps you through making and/or playing with lacing fruit cards, followed by prepping, exploring, and sorting fruit, and lastly, fruit painting!
